LDP-NO5 Liquid Discharge Port

The LDP‑NO5 liquid discharge port is engineered for safe and controlled draining of sumps and reservoirs in industrial machinery, HVAC systems, and other fluid‑handling applications. It consists of a durable, threaded fitting that installs securely into sump pans or tank drain points, enabling rapid fluid removal with a standard drain hose or pipe. A removable plug or cap ensures the port remains sealed during normal operation, preventing leakage and contamination.

Design & Construction

Constructed from robust materials suitable for a variety of liquids, the port is designed to withstand the pressures and temperatures common in hydraulic, cooling, and lubrication systems. The threads are precision‑cut for a reliable, leak‑free connection, and the overall compact footprint minimises space requirements while providing easy access for maintenance.

Applications

Ideal for sump drainage on compressors, chillers, and gearboxes, as well as for reservoir emptying in hydraulic power units and industrial pumps. It can also be used to facilitate fluid changes in stationary equipment, helping to reduce downtime and spill risk during routine service.

Installation & Use

Simply thread the port into a pre‑tapped hole in the sump or tank wall, tighten to the recommended torque, and connect a hose to the external spigot when draining is required. The design allows fluid to be directed safely into a collection vessel, supporting clean, compliant fluid‑management practices.
