Harwin P25-1223 ATE spring probe, 2.54mm pitch, concave tip, 3A rating. Gold-plated for reliable PCB test connections.
The Harwin P25-1223 is a high-precision, two-part ATE (Automated Test Equipment) spring probe connector, engineered for reliable electrical contact in demanding test and measurement applications. Its defining feature is a 2.54mm (0.1-inch) minimum pitch, making it ideal for high-density PCB testing and interfacing. The probe tip boasts a concave head with a diameter of 1.8mm, designed for consistent and secure connection with test points.
Constructed for durability and performance, the connector utilises a beryllium copper plunger within a brass barrel, ensuring excellent spring characteristics and electrical conductivity. Critical contact surfaces, including the probe head and body, feature a gold finish for superior corrosion resistance and a stable, low-resistance connection path over countless cycles.
This spring probe is rated for a continuous current of 3A and operates reliably across an extensive temperature range from -40°C to +180°C. It is designed for vertical connector orientation and can withstand a maximum soldering temperature of 260°C for up to 10 seconds during assembly. For installation, it is designed to be used with compatible Harwin receptacles or sleeves, specifically models S25-022, S25-212, or S25-512.
