Harwin Two Piece Spring Probe, 16.35mm, 1.5A

The Harwin Two Piece Spring Probe is an ATE (Automated Test Equipment) probe designed for reliable testing and connectivity applications. Featuring a vertical connector orientation, this two-part spring probe is engineered for use with compatible receptacles or sleeves, providing a versatile solution for test fixtures and PCB interconnections.

This probe features a 1.27mm centreline spacing and a minimum pitch of 1.27mm, making it suitable for high-density testing environments. The connector tip style is a 90° convex head measuring Ø1mm, finished with gold plating on both the probe head and body to ensure excellent electrical conductivity and resistance to corrosion. The base materials consist of a beryllium copper plunger and a phosphor bronze shell, offering a robust structure for repeated mechanical operations.

With a current rating of 1.5A, the probe operates efficiently within a wide temperature range of -40°C to +180°C. It also provides an initial spring force of 90g and a working travel spring force of 120g, ensuring consistent contact pressure.
