The LABFACILITY Platinum Thin Film RTD Sensor offers precise and reliable temperature measurement across a wide operating range from -50°C to +500°C. Designed as a Pt100 component with leads, this sensor provides an ice point resistance of 100 ohms at 0°C, making it highly suitable for demanding industrial and laboratory environments that require consistent thermal monitoring.
Featuring a compact 2 x 5mm flat film sensing element with 10mm tails, this detector is specifically engineered to be highly resistant to vibration and mechanical shock. This ensures long-term durability and stable performance in applications where physical stress is a constant factor.
This RTD sensor meets stringent accuracy requirements, boasting a Class 1/3 DIN tolerance in accordance with IEC 60751. It exhibits excellent long-term stability (±0.05%) and low self-heating (less than 0.5°C/mW). The thermal response time is notably quick, responding in less than 0.4 seconds at t0.9 in water flowing at 0.4m/sec. The fundamental interval is 38.5 ohms nominal.
