Multicomp Pro Handheld LCR Meter with USB Interface

The Multicomp Pro Handheld LCR Meter is a portable instrument for measuring inductance, capacitance, resistance and frequency, with a dual LCD display and USB interface.

Overview

The meter features a dual LCD display (40 mm x 63 mm) with a measurement resolution of 19999 (main) and 1999 (auxiliary). Series and parallel measurement modes allow users to evaluate the quality factor, loss factor, phase location angle and equivalent resistance of measured components. Intelligent detection and five different test frequencies are provided for capacitors and inductors of various sizes.

Key Features

• LCR automatic identification and manual measurement options
• Open-circuit and short-circuit calibration compensation
• DC resistance (DCR) measurement, relative mode and tolerance sorting
• Stored data can be accessed and analysed on a PC using the included USB interface cable and software
• Operates on a 9 V battery or USB power
• Low battery indication at 6.8 V or below, with automatic shutdown to conserve energy

Design and Portability

The compact design is significantly more portable than traditional benchtop meters, with product dimensions of 96 mm x 193 mm x 47 mm and a net weight of 374 g. Its handheld format suits use across various working environments.
