Built for performance, the KBPC1508 features a maximum recurrent peak reverse voltage of 800V and a maximum RMS bridge input voltage of 560V. It offers a low forward voltage drop, ensuring efficient operation, and is capable of handling a peak forward surge current of 300A for robust protection against transient overloads.
