Designed with a pin-out identical to the LS14, LS04, and HC04, this versatile device offers seamless integration into existing and new circuit designs.
Its standard CMOS output compatibility, along with LSTTL output compatibility when used with pull-up resistors, provides flexible interfacing options for a wide range of logic families. The inherent hysteresis voltage of the Schmitt trigger ensures reliable performance, making this logic IC particularly suitable for use in noisy environments where signal integrity is critical.
Operating within a supply voltage range of 2V to 6V, the inverter delivers a robust output drive capability of up to 10 LSTTL loads.
