Nylon Cable Gland, M16, White, 4-8mm Range, IP68
PRO-ELEC M16 Nylon cable gland with IP68 rating for 4-8mm cables. Includes locknut & washer for secure, waterproof sealing.
The PRO-ELEC Nylon Cable Gland is a premium sealing solution engineered for demanding electrical installations where reliable cable retention and ingress protection are non-negotiable. Crafted from robust Nylon 6.6 (Polyamide 6.6), this gland offers exceptional mechanical strength and resistance to environmental stress cracking, making it suitable for both indoor and outdoor applications.
Its integrated NBR (Nitrile Butadiene Rubber) sealing element ensures a superior, long-lasting seal that maintains its elasticity and performance across a wide temperature range. The assembly, complete with a locknut and sealing washer, provides a secure and vibration-resistant connection, preventing cables from being pulled loose.
Achieving an IP68 rating, this gland guarantees complete protection against dust ingress and prolonged immersion in water under specified conditions. This makes it an ideal choice for panels, enclosures, and machinery exposed to harsh environments, including washdown areas, outdoor control boxes, and underground conduits.
The clean, white colour offers a discreet and professional finish that blends well with most equipment. Designed for cables within a 4mm to 8mm diameter range and featuring an M16 metric thread, it ensures compatibility with a vast array of industrial enclosures and junction boxes.
