Additionally, it offers TVS protection up to a 5-A (8/20 µs) peak pulse-current rating in accordance with the IEC 61000-4-5 lightning specification, ensuring comprehensive defence against severe power surges.
Utilising monolithic silicon technology, this component enables precise matching between differential signal pairs. Its exceptionally low differential capacitance of less than 0.05 pF ensures that any differential signal distortion caused by the added ESD circuit protection remains minimal. With a low capacitance of 0.7 pF, this device is highly suitable for high-speed data rates reaching up to 6 Gbps.
