This IC can operate from a total supply voltage as low as 1.1V or as high as 45V, drawing only 270μA of current, making it ideal for battery-powered and energy-efficient designs. The complementary output stage swings within 15mV of the supply terminals and can deliver ±20mA output current with ±0.4V saturation. The reference output can be as low as 200mV.
