Its ultra-low gate charge (Qg) and gate-to-drain charge (Qgd) are key features that significantly reduce switching losses, making it an excellent choice for high-frequency DC-to-DC converters.
This surface-mount MOSFET is constructed with a halogen-free plastic package and is avalanche-rated for robustness in demanding conditions. It features a logic-level gate drive, simplifying interface with control circuits, and operates across a broad junction temperature range from -55°C to 150°C.
