The Texas Instruments TPS51200DRCT is a sink/source Double Data Rate (DDR) termination regulator, designed for low input voltage, low-noise systems where space is a key consideration. It maintains a fast transient response and requires only a minimum output capacitance of 20 µF, typically three 10 µF multilayer ceramic capacitors (MLCCs), simplifying your power design.

This regulator supports a VLDOIN voltage range from 1.1 V to 3.5 V, making it versatile for a variety of applications. It provides a sink/source termination function with built-in droop compensation, ensuring stable and accurate VTT bus termination.
