The Timco Exterior Multi-Purpose Cleaner Concentrate is a powerful and versatile cleaning solution designed to remove dirt, grime, algae, mould, fungi and general build‑up from exterior surfaces. It works effectively on PVCu, hard plastics, glass, rubber and metal, leaving a clean and shiny finish.

Safety & Protection

The formula is pH neutral and biodegradable, making it safe for delicate plastics and rubbers without causing damage. It contains carnauba wax which not only cleans but also deposits a protective, glossy layer that helps repel future dirt. An anti‑static agent is included to significantly reduce the rate at which dirt re‑adheres, extending the period between cleanings.

Easy and Efficient Use

Supplied in a convenient 1‑litre bottle with a built‑in 40‑dose dispensing system. One 25 ml dose diluted with water produces 10 litres of ready‑to‑use solution. The integrated water softener enhances performance in hard‑water areas and prevents streaking and spotting for a flawless, streak‑free finish.
