The Timeguard Analogue Economy 7 Programmer with Boost Control is designed for use with Economy 7 off-peak rate overnight electricity plans, offering the flexibility of a 24-hour segment time setting dial with 15-minute switching intervals for customised programming. It also supports Economy 10 tariffs, making it a versatile choice for various off-peak electricity schemes. This programmer is interchangeable with Sangamo and Horstmann Economy 7 units, ensuring easy replacement in existing installations.

It is suitable for use with single, dual, or twin element immersion heaters, providing reliable control for your hot water needs. The unit features 4 boost demand options (15, 30 minutes, 1, and 2 hours) for added convenience, and output LEDs illuminate during off-peak and boost periods for clear status indication. A quartz reserve with 150 hours of memory backup ensures your settings are retained even during power outages.

The programmer fits and is supplied with a standard size Economy 7 wall box, facilitating straightforward installation. It offers IP30 enclosure protection and class 1 shock protection for safe operation. Disconnection to immersion heater(s) is provided via a double pole rocker switch, and a 3.6V 20mA rechargeable battery powers the unit. Dimensions are 116 x 170 x 70 mm (HxWxD).
