Featuring a low tolerance of ± 0.1% and a 0.1W (100mW) power rating, it ensures reliable performance in precision circuits where consistency is critical.
Constructed with advanced thin-film nichrome technology, the resistor element is selectively deposited onto a high-purity 96% alumina substrate. The manufacturing process includes heat treatment for optimal Temperature Coefficient of Resistance (TCR) and stability, followed by a precisely controlled laser trim to achieve the exact resistance value. A protective epoxy coating is applied, and the wrap-around terminations are plated with Nickel and a 100% Tin (Sn) matte finish for excellent solderability.
