TUK LTD 10 Pair IDC Disconnection Strip with Screw Terminals
TUK LTD 10-pair IDC disconnection strip with screw terminals and silver-plated contacts. Ideal for testing and cable management.
The TUK LTD 10 Pair IDC Disconnection Strip with Screw Terminals is designed for reliable and flexible cable management, providing a robust connection point for cables with larger cores. Its LSA+ type, silver-plated Insulation Displacement Contact (IDC) terminals ensure excellent electrical performance and maintain conductivity even after multiple insertions, making it ideal for installations requiring frequent modifications or testing.
A key feature is the built-in disconnection facility, which allows individual lines to be temporarily disconnected for testing or circuit isolation without disturbing other connections. Each IDC contact, marked 1 to 0, is directly connected to corresponding screw terminals (1a to 0b), ensuring a clear and logical wiring layout. The removable bottom cover facilitates easy access for inspection and maintenance.
The housing is constructed from high-grade UL94-V0 rated PBT (Polybutylene Terephthalate) material, offering superior flame retardancy and durability for demanding electrical environments. The screw terminals accommodate cable cores with an outer diameter of up to 2mm, providing versatility for various wiring applications.
Fully compatible with other LSA+ type accessories, this disconnection strip integrates seamlessly into existing systems, offering a scalable and professional solution for telecommunications, data cabling, and control panel installations where reliable disconnection and reconnection are essential.
