High-precision Welwyn PCF Series SMD resistor, 1kΩ ±0.1%, 62.5mW, 0603 package. Thin film, stable, for professional electronics.
The Welwyn PCF Series SMD Chip Resistor is a high-precision, thin-film component designed for demanding electronic applications where accuracy and stability are paramount. It features a 1kΩ resistance with an exceptionally tight tolerance of ±0.1%, ensuring reliable and consistent performance in critical circuits.
Constructed using advanced thin-film technology, a nichrome film is selectively deposited onto a high-purity 96% alumina substrate. This construction is then subjected to a precise heat treatment to achieve excellent Temperature Coefficient of Resistance (TCR) and long-term stability. The resistance value is finely adjusted using a controlled laser trim process for ultimate accuracy. The component is further protected with an epoxy coating and features robust wrap-around terminations plated with nickel and a 100% tin matte finish, optimised for soldering.
