Accessibility statement

What we have built in

We aim to meet the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 at level AA. Across the shop:

• The shop is built to work with a keyboard alone, with a visible focus outline on links, buttons and form fields.
• Pages use headings, landmarks and labelled form fields, so screen readers can move through them.
• Text and controls are designed for contrast in both the light and the dark theme, which follows your device setting.
• Pages are designed to zoom to 200% and to reflow down to phone width without hiding content.
• Animation is reduced or switched off when your device asks for reduced motion.
• Each storefront is in its own language, including right-to-left Hebrew, and every page declares its language to assistive technology.

Known limitations

Some parts of the site come from other companies and we cannot fully control how they work:

• The Google Maps embeds on the contact and collection pages. The address and opening hours are always written out beside the map.
• The Cloudflare security check on forms. It is usually invisible, but it can occasionally ask you to tick a box.
• Payment forms provided by our payment partners, such as card, PayPal and wallet payments.
• The Trustpilot reviews widget and videos embedded from YouTube on some brand pages.
• Some product images and descriptions are supplied by manufacturers, and their alternative text can be brief.

How we test

This statement is based on our own checks: keyboard-only use, browser zoom, both colour themes, phone and desktop layouts, and automated contrast checks. The site has not yet had an independent accessibility audit.
