The ALPHA WIRE 6-Pair Foil Shielded Industrial Cable is a high-performance, low smoke zero halogen (LSZH) cable designed for demanding industrial applications. Featuring six twisted pairs of 24 AWG tinned copper conductors, this cable offers excellent signal integrity and reliability in a compact 30.5m (100ft) length.
Each conductor is constructed from 7 x 0.2mm strands of tinned copper, providing flexibility and corrosion resistance. The cable is shielded with an aluminium/Mylar tape screen with the foil facing inwards, complemented by a tinned copper drain wire, ensuring effective protection against electromagnetic interference (EMI). The LSZH jacket in a slate colour minimises toxic and corrosive gas emissions in the event of a fire, making it suitable for use in public and high-occupancy buildings.
This cable is UL2464 Type CM recognised and has a voltage rating of 300V. The 0.22mm² conductor area (CSA) and 24 AWG gauge make it ideal for instrumentation, control systems, and data transmission where reliable performance is critical.
