The Daslight DVC FUN is a compact, professional-grade USB-DMX interface and software controller, providing 128 DMX channels for dynamic lighting control. This fourth-generation system is renowned for its powerful XEEL Effect Engine, offering hundreds of pre-programmed macros including chases, video effects for LED panels, complex movements for moving heads and scanners, and various waveforms.

These effects allow you to create intricate motion sequences, colour changes, and complete, lively lightshows directly in real-time. The software is designed for intuitive live operation, with a clean user interface that can be fully displayed on a single Full HD screen. Both show mode and arranger mode are clearly presented for efficient workflow.

The software is optimised for touchscreen use, with buttons and sliders for colour wheels, pan/tilt control, and lamp selection. Additionally, a free control app for Android and iOS devices enables essential software functions to be managed remotely via a smartphone or tablet. The system is compatible with any DMX512 lighting fixture and includes access to a vast library of over 15,000 fixture personalities (SSL2 files). You can also create your own using the built-in Scan Library editor and visualise your setup by mapping fixtures on the 2D view.

With 128k of standalone memory, the interface works seamlessly with DVC3 Limited and DVC4 Limited software. It supports up to 4 simultaneous scenes playing at once, with a limit of 32 steps per scene. A key advantage is its upgradability; you can unlock the full 512 DMX channel mode via a software upgrade without needing to exchange the physical interface.

Housed in a durable plastic casing, the unit features a USB-C port and a 3-pin female XLR output. It is delivered complete with a USB lead and is compatible with Windows XP through to Windows 10, in both 32 and 64-bit versions. This versatile controller is perfect for creating stunning,
