The DIALIGHT Circuit Board Indicator is a 3mm LED device designed for through-hole mounting. Featuring a right-angle viewing configuration and a single housing design, this indicator allows multiple units to form horizontal LED arrays on 4.45mm centrelines. The LEDs are safe for direct viewing, complying with IEC 825-1 and EN-60825-1 standards.
This component is equipped with a tinted, diffused lens that ensures high contrast and high efficiency. The black housing is made from PBT polymer with a 31.5% oxygen index and carries a UL94V-0 flame rating, ensuring safety and durability in demanding environments. Additionally, housing standoffs are incorporated to facilitate easy PCB cleaning, and the component meets solderability standards per MIL-STD-202F, method 208F.
With cathode right polarity and a 70-degree viewing angle, this blue LED indicator operates with a forward current of 10mA and a forward voltage of 3.5V, delivering a luminous intensity of 12mcd. It is also compatible with the 551-xx07-004 quad block for versatile integration.
