Its construction features a moulded plastic case and solderable matte tin-finish annealed over an alloy 42 lead frame, compliant with the MIL-STD-202 standard for reliability and durability.
This device is distinguished by its very low forward-voltage drop, which significantly enhances efficiency and reduces power loss in circuits. The guard-ring construction provides robust transient protection, safeguarding sensitive components from voltage spikes.
