The ELKAY Illuminated PIR Timer Switch is a fully automatic device designed to control lighting or power loads through passive infrared (PIR) technology, activated by detecting moving body heat. Once triggered, it keeps the connected load powered for a preset period between 2 minutes to 2 hours (adjustable across 16 timer settings). Featuring a distinctive blue locator ring, it ensures easy identification in low-light conditions.
With 360° elliptical beam detection and a range of 5–7 metres, this switch offers comprehensive coverage for various applications. It requires a 3-core wiring setup (live, switched live, and neutral) and supports interlinking with other 3-wire master switches or activators for 2-way switching functionality.
