The SBC6845 single board computer is designed around the Atmel AT91SAM9G45 microcontroller and combines user interface functionality with high data rate connectivity. This compact board is packed with frequently used functions and features a 4.3-inch LCD with optional touch screen, all in a small footprint ideal for embedded design development.
The LCD and touch screen are easily connected via a 2.54mm pitch 2*20 pin connector on the board, with drivers already provided for immediate use. The board is ready to run the Linux 2.6.30 open source operating system and WinCE 6.0, making it versatile for a wide range of applications.
This ARM926EJ-S-based embedded computer includes 256MB NAND flash, 64MB2 DDR2 SDRAM, and 4MB data flash, along with a rich set of interfaces: high-speed USB 2.0 host ports (480Mbps), a 10/100 Ethernet port (RJ45 with LED), SDHC card slot (hot plug and play), CAN 2.0 interface with power and signal isolation, audio output, a 66 matrix keypad interface, and 16 GPIOs extended from the CPU.
