Everbuild Sika Ready-Mixed Wallcovering Adhesive, 4.5kg
Ready-mixed wallpaper adhesive for vinyl & textures. High-tack, fungicide-protected, easy to apply.
The Everbuild Sika Ready-Mixed Wallcovering Adhesive is a high-quality paste designed for hanging a wide variety of wall coverings. It’s perfect for use with sculptured, blown, and textured vinyl, as well as washable and heavily embossed wallpapers. This adhesive combines high initial tack with excellent adjustability, ensuring your wallpaper stays firmly in place while allowing for precise positioning during application.
The smooth formula is easy to apply and works effectively on most wallpaper types. It also contains a powerful fungicide to prevent mould growth while the adhesive dries, ensuring long-lasting results in damp-prone areas.
Preparation & Application
- Surfaces must be clean, dry, and free from loose or flaky material.
- Gloss or non-porous surfaces should be lightly rubbed down to improve adhesion.
- Porous surfaces should be sized with a 1:1 dilution of this adhesive and water before hanging.
- For best results, apply neat when hanging, using a brush, roller, or fine-notched trowel.
- Wipe off excess adhesive with a damp cloth before it dries.
- Clean tools immediately after use with warm water.
This 4.5kg tub provides sufficient adhesive to hang up to 5 rolls of wallpaper, making it an economical and efficient choice for both DIY enthusiasts and professionals.
