Fischer DuoBlade self-drilling plasterboard fixings (8 x 44mm, 40 pack). Ideal for smoke detectors, curtain rods & shutters.
The Fischer DuoBlade Plasterboard Wall Fixings offer an efficient solution for securing fixtures to gypsum plasterboard and gypsum fibreboard. As part of the innovative Fischer DuoLine, these fixings combine different components to deliver reliable performance. The self-drilling tip, featuring a black metal point, ensures a clean and effective drilling procedure for fast and easy installation without the need for a special setting device.
Designed for pre-positioned installation, the fixing is simply screwed flush to the surface using a conventional PZ2 cordless screwdriver. An anti-rotation lock prevents the anchor from spinning in the drill hole, while the high torque during installation provides a secure and positive setting feel. Suitable for wood, metal, and chipboard screws from 4mm to 5mm, as well as standard commercially available hooks and eye screws, the DuoBlade is universally applicable for securely fixing items such as smoke detectors, curtain rods, and shutters.
