Its general-purpose ABS plastic construction ensures durability, with a flammability rating of UL94 HB for added safety. The enclosure features a gasketed lid with a 'tongue and groove' construction, providing excellent protection against oil, dust, and water ingress. The factory-poured high-temperature UL-listed silicone gasket ensures long-term reliability and seals the enclosure effectively.
Designed to meet IP66 and NEMA 4, 4X, 12, and 13 ratings, this enclosure is built for harsh environments. The lid is secured with self-captivating M4 stainless steel machine screws (included), which thread into integral stainless steel bushings for a secure fit.
Internal features include threaded M3 brass inserts and/or standoffs designed for M3.5 or #6 self-tapping screws, as well as vertical P.C. card guides and DIN rail mounting tabs for flexible installation options.
