Hultafors Hults Bruk Ågelsjön Mini Hatchet, 500g Head, 235mm Handle
Compact Hultafors mini hatchet with Swedish steel head, hickory handle & leather sheath. Ideal for hiking & camping. 500g head, 235mm handle.
The Hultafors Hults Bruk Ågelsjön Mini Hatchet is the smallest hatchet in the range, designed for outdoor enthusiasts who demand reliability and portability. Ideal for hiking in the mountains or woods, this hatchet features a lightweight, short handle that ensures easy handling and effortless carrying.
Crafted from American hickory, the handle is treated with linseed oil for increased durability and a comfortable grip. The hatchet's head is hand-forged from Swedish quality steel, hammered 40–60 times to enhance density and strength, ensuring long-lasting performance. The convex grind cutting edge comes sharpened and polished, ready for immediate use, and includes a leather axe sheath for safe transport and storage.
Named after Ågelsjön, a nearby lake that once powered the forge's waterwheel, this mini hatchet is a testament to Hultafors' craftsmanship and heritage in outdoor tools.
