I2C / SMBus Interface Temperature Sensor, SMD, 6 Pins, 2.7V to 5.5V

The Texas Instruments integrated, digital-output temperature sensor features an incremental Delta-Sigma ADC with a two-wire interface compatible with both SMBus and I2C. The host can query the sensor at any time to read the temperature, making it highly responsive for critical systems.

This sensor occupies minimal board area whilst operating over a wide temperature range (–40°C to 150°C) and providing ±1°C accuracy from –10°C to 80°C. Users can optimise the balance between conversion time and sensitivity by programming the device to report temperature in one of four different resolutions.
