The INFINEON Smart High Side Power Load Switch (BTS6133D) is a highly integrated component featuring a vertical power FET, providing embedded protection and diagnostic functions. Designed to be placed between the supply and the load, it effectively controls the application while ensuring robust safety and reliability.

This power switch is equipped with an array of advanced protective features, including short-circuit protection with a latch, overload protection, current limitation, and thermal shutdown with an automatic restart.
