The ISOCOM ISP845X is a high-density, four-channel photodarlington optocoupler, providing robust electrical isolation and signal transfer in a compact dual-inline package (DIP). This device integrates an infrared light-emitting diode (LED) optically coupled to a high-gain NPN silicon photodarlington transistor in each of its four channels.
Engineered for reliability, it offers a high current transfer ratio (CTR) of 600% minimum, ensuring efficient signal coupling even at low input currents. Its high isolation voltage rating of 5.3 kV provides excellent protection against voltage transients and ground loop noise, making circuits safer and more stable.
The ISP845X is housed in a standard 16-pin DIP, facilitating easy prototyping and integration onto printed circuit boards (PCBs).
