The KINGBIGHT KB817-B is a high-performance, 1-channel, 4-pin general-purpose optically coupled isolator. It features a gallium arsenide (GaAs) light-emitting diode optically coupled to an NPN silicon phototransistor, providing reliable signal transmission between circuits of different potentials and impedances.
Designed for surface mounting, this optocoupler features a gull wing lead forming type and a 2.54mm lead pitch, making it ideal for automated assembly processes. With a high isolation voltage of 5kV and a solid insulation thickness of ≥0.6mm between the emitting diode and the output phototransistor, it ensures robust electrical isolation and operational safety.
