The Knipex 95 06 230 Insulated Cable Shears are precision-engineered tools designed for efficient and effortless cable cutting. With an adjustable bolted joint and a high transmission ratio, these shears provide smooth one-hand operation, reducing user fatigue while ensuring clean cuts every time.

Crafted from special grade stainless steel, these shears are oil-hardened and tempered for enhanced durability and longevity. The precision-ground and hardened blades prevent crushing, ensuring minimal deformation of the cable for optimal performance.

Applications

These insulated cable shears are versatile and suitable for cutting a variety of cable types, including:

• Copper single conductors up to 16mm²
• Multiple stranded wires up to 50mm²
• Fine-stranded wires up to 70mm²
• Aluminium conductors (multiple stranded wires) up to 70mm²

Note— They are not suitable for steel wire or hard-drawn copper conductors.
