Featuring innovative lateral access, these pliers allow for easy insertion of wire ferrules, even in confined spaces, streamlining workflow and reducing hand fatigue.
A key highlight is the automatic adjustment mechanism. The tool instantly adapts to the wire ferrule size, ensuring a perfect crimp every time without manual selection, guaranteeing consistent, high-quality connections according to DIN 46228 standards. The integrated, unlockable ratchet mechanism provides repetitive, reliable crimping quality and prevents incomplete crimps, a critical feature for safety and durability.
Versatile Performance
These crimping pliers are exceptionally versatile. They handle standard wire ferrules up to 16 mm² and are also capable of crimping Twin wire ferrules up to 2 x 6 mm² or 2 x AWG 10, making them ideal for control cabinet wiring and other multi-conductor applications. With square compression, they create secure, gas-tight connections that resist vibration and corrosion.
User comfort is paramount. The pliers are equipped with ergonomic multi-component handles that offer a secure, comfortable grip, reducing strain during prolonged use. The burnished surface provides a durable, corrosion-resistant finish, while the compact and robust design ensures long-term reliability in demanding workshop or site environments.
