Lumberg Automation 90 Degree 4-Pin M12 Socket to Bare End Sensor Lead, 2m

This 2m 4-pole single-ended cordset features an M12 socket to free ends connection, designed for reliable performance in demanding automation environments. It is equipped with a 90-degree M12 receptacle and a self-locking threaded joint to ensure a secure and stable connection, even in applications subject to vibration.

The moulded cable is constructed with a halogen-free PUR outer jacket, providing excellent resistance to wear and environmental factors. Additional material highlights include an FKM O-ring and a TPU insert, which help to achieve an impressive IP67 protection rating, safeguarding the connection against dust and water ingress.

Electrical specifications are robust, featuring pre-nickelled and 0.3-micron gold-plated CuZn contacts that ensure excellent conductivity with a contact resistance of ≤5mΩ. The cordset supports a nominal current of 4A at 40°C, a nominal voltage of 240V, and a rated voltage of 250V, alongside an insulation resistance of >10⁹Ω.
