It features a wide operating voltage range of 2.0V to 5.5V and includes on-board EEPROM data memory for flexible data storage. The device is equipped with standard analogue peripherals, including up to 8 channels of 10-bit A/D conversion and an analogue comparator module with two comparators and a programmable on-chip voltage reference.
An enhanced capture/compare/PWM (ECCP) peripheral offers up to four outputs with programmable dead band delay, alongside auto-shutdown and restart options for precise control. The 13-bit program counter addresses an 8k x 14 program memory space, with 2k x 14 physically implemented to optimise performance.
Additional integrated features include a software selectable BOR, power-saving sleep mode, power-on reset (POR), power-up timer (PWRT), and an oscillator start-up timer (OST). It also features a multiplexed master clear with pull-up/input pin. With an industrial operating temperature range of -40°C to +85°C, AEC-Q100 qualification, and compact dimensions of 43 mm x 33 mm x 15 mm weighing just 0.001 grams, it is perfectly suited for demanding environments.
