Microchip PIC18F4685 8-bit flash MCU with ECAN, 10-bit A/D, nanoWatt tech, 40MHz, 96KB memory, TQFP44
The Microchip PIC18F4685-I/PT is an Enhanced Flash Microcontroller that integrates ECAN™ technology, a 10-bit A/D converter, and nanoWatt technology, making it an ideal choice for high-performance and power-sensitive applications.
This microcontroller features an internal oscillator block that generates two distinct clock signals, potentially eliminating the need for external oscillator circuits on the OSC1 or OSC2 pins. It supports serial programming while in the end application circuit via two lines for clock and data, along with three additional lines for power, ground, and programming voltage. The device offers power-managed modes including Run, Idle, and Sleep, as well as a flexible oscillator structure with a secondary oscillator using Timer1 at 32kHz and a fail-safe clock monitor.
