Featuring an open-drain output and an active-low reset pin, this device asserts the RESET signal whenever the VDD pin voltage falls below the trip-point. It holds the RESET state for a typical duration of 350ms, guaranteeing a stable restart. The device guarantees RESET operation down to VCC = 1.0V, offering reliable performance for critical applications.
Delivering precision monitoring for 3V, 3.3V, and 5V systems, it achieves an accuracy of ±125mV for 5V systems and ±75mV for 3V systems over temperature. With a low typical operating current of just 45μA, it is highly efficient for continuous monitoring tasks.
