The Multicomp Pro 2-Way Half Pitch DIP Switch is a top tape sealed surface mount device designed for reliable performance in demanding environments. Featuring a black high-temperature thermoplastic nylon base and cover, alongside a white high-temperature thermoplastic LCP slide actuator, this switch is built to withstand rigorous industrial conditions.
With a switching capacity of 25mA at 24V DC and an SPST contact configuration, it delivers consistent electrical operation. The switch offers an operating force of 500gf and functions reliably across a broad operating temperature range from -40°C to +85°C. It boasts both a mechanical and electrical life of 1,000 cycles. The gold-plated copper alloy contacts and gold-plated brass terminals ensure excellent conductivity and corrosion resistance, with a maximum contact resistance of 100mΩ initially and a minimum insulation resistance of 100MΩ at 500V DC.
