Its hinged single-piece moulding integrates retaining latches, simplifying installation while ensuring a secure fit. This backshell is engineered for straight cable outlets and provides effective strain relief for cables with diameters from 3 to 11 mm, protecting connections from stress and damage. Constructed from lightweight yet durable nylon (polyamide), it is suitable for a wide range of industrial and commercial applications. The long jackscrews feature a moulded top for easy colour coding, and come with UNC 4-40 threads as standard; optional threading includes M2.5, M2.6, or M3, offering flexibility for various installation requirements. With a temperature range of -55 to 105°C, this backshell performs reliably in demanding environments. The 37-way variant is part of the DPPK series, which is available in sizes covering 9, 15, 25, and 37 ways, ensuring compatibility across different connector configurations.
