Featuring a double-pole, single-throw (DPST) normally-open contact configuration, it provides a momentary 'ON' action, returning to the 'OFF' position when released, making it ideal for start functions or temporary activation circuits.
Constructed for durability, the switch boasts a high-quality build with a Nylon 66 (94-V2) frame and a Nylon 66/PC (94-V2) actuator. The internal contacts are made from a silver (Ag) alloy, and the quick-connect terminals are crafted from silver-plated copper alloy, ensuring excellent conductivity and corrosion resistance for long-term reliability.
A key feature is its IP56 rating, providing protection against dust ingress and powerful water jets, making it suitable for use in harsh or washdown environments where moisture and particulates are a concern. Its electrical specifications are impressive, with a current rating of 16A at 125V AC and 6A at 250V AC. It also offers high dielectric strength of 1500V AC and a minimum insulation resistance of 100MΩ at 500V DC.
