Multicomp Pro Thermal Switch, NC, 80°C, 10A 250V

The Multicomp Pro MP-11-80/65/E111B14H221 is a snap-action thermostat switch designed to regulate system or environmental temperature by sensing temperature changes at 80°C and activating or deactivating heating or cooling systems accordingly. This normally closed (N/C) switch operates with a contact rating of 10A at 250V, making it suitable for a wide range of applications.

This thermostat features automatic reset functionality, ensuring reliable and consistent operation without manual intervention. It provides a maximum resistance between terminals of 50mΩ at DC5V/0.25A, and an insulation resistance of minimum 100MΩ with DC500V between terminals and cap. The dielectric strength is 1500VAC for 1 minute between terminals and cap without breakdown, ensuring robust electrical safety. The maximum ambient temperature is 170°C.

Constructed with high-quality materials, including AgNi/Cu (T2) stationary/movable contacts, a brass stationary arm, PF case/top cover, aluminium cap, bimetal disc, alloy copper movable arm, copper rivets, and brass (nickel plated) terminals, this switch is built for durability and performance. The set temperature is 80°C ±3°C, and the reset temperature is 65°C ±5°C.

This thermostat switch is certified according to GB14536.1-2008, GB14536.10-2008, GB/T22687-2008, EN60730-1, and EN60730-2-9 standards, ensuring compliance with international safety and performance requirements. It features a flange mount housing and quick connect sensor terminals for easy installation. The compact dimensions are 33mm x 22mm x 2mm with a weight of 5 grams.
