Multicomp Pro Thermal Switch, Normally Closed, 110°C

The Multicomp Pro Thermal Switch is a highly reliable, snap-action thermostat designed for precise temperature regulation. This normally closed (N/C) switch automatically resets once the temperature drops, making it ideal for maintaining stable thermal conditions in a wide variety of applications. It is engineered to sense ambient temperature changes and activate or deactivate connected heating or cooling systems at its set point of 110°C, ensuring consistent environmental control.

Constructed with durable materials for long-term performance, the switch features a PF case and top cover, an alloy copper movable arm, and a bimetal disc for responsive action. The contacts utilise AgNi/Cu (T2) for excellent conductivity and reliability, while the stationary arm is made from brass. The assembly is completed with an aluminium cap, a ceramic actuator pin, and a robust SUS430 flange for secure mounting.

This component is rated for 16A at both 125V and 250V, providing versatile integration into different electrical systems. It meets stringent international safety and performance standards, including GB14536.1-2008, UL60730, and EN60730-1, ensuring compliance for global use. With a set temperature accuracy of ±4°C and a reset temperature of 95°C ±6°C, it offers dependable and repeatable operation.
