OB1 PlumbersPal Hybrid Sanitary Sealant & Adhesive White 290ml
OB1 PlumbersPal 290ml hybrid sealant & adhesive for kitchens & bathrooms. Mould, UV & weather resistant. Permanently elastic & paintable.
The OB1 PlumbersPal Hybrid Sanitary Sealant & Adhesive is a premium, high-strength solution specifically engineered for sealing expansion joints in demanding sanitary environments. Its advanced hybrid formulation provides the perfect balance of flexibility and adhesive power, making it an essential tool for professional plumbers, builders, and dedicated DIY enthusiasts.
Designed for use in kitchens, bathrooms, and various industrial applications, it adheres perfectly to most common substrates such as ceramics, plastics, metals, and painted surfaces without the need for a primer. This saves valuable time and materials on-site, ensuring a quick and reliable seal every time.
A key benefit is its permanent elasticity, which allows the sealant to accommodate the natural movement and expansion of joined materials without cracking or losing its bond. This is complemented by excellent resistance to mould, weather, and high UV exposure, making it equally suitable for both interior and exterior projects. It also boasts excellent chemical resistance and is non-staining, preserving the appearance of the finished work.
The formulation is almost odourless and conforms to the BREEAM specification Hea 02 for Indoor Air Quality regarding volatile organic compound (VOC) emission levels, contributing to a healthier indoor environment. For finishing, OB1 PlumbersPal can be overpainted with water-based paints and most two-component paints a few days after application, allowing for a seamless, professional look.
