Its state-of-the-art geometry incorporates a chrome barrier metal, epitaxial construction with oxide passivation, and metal overlap contact, ensuring robust and stable operation.
This rectifier offers several key advantages, including an extremely low forward voltage drop, which contributes to low power loss and high overall efficiency. It also features low stored charge and majority carrier conduction, making it highly responsive in switching applications.
