The manufacturing process includes heat treatment to achieve the required temperature coefficient and stability, followed by a precisely controlled laser trim for accurate resistance values. Epoxy protection and wrap-around terminations plated with nickel and tin ensure durability and excellent solderability. Each resistor is individually measured before packaging into tape for quality assurance.
This resistor features a resistance of 10kΩ with a tolerance of ±0.1%, and a power rating of 100mW. It operates within a temperature range of -55°C to +125°C, with a temperature coefficient of ±25ppm/°C. The 0805 2012 Metric case is suitable for surface mount applications.
