The Penn Elcom 2U 20A Rack Mount PDU is a high-quality horizontal mounting unit designed to provide versatile and reliable AC power distribution for audio-visual and multimedia applications. Featuring a robust construction, this power distribution unit ensures your equipment remains safe and operational.
The main input utilises a Neutrik 20A powerCON connector, complete with a 2nd order EMI filter and GDT/VDR protection circuit to defend against lightning strikes and local power surges. The unit is divided into two distinct circuits for optimal power management. Circuit A includes an illuminated 10A circuit breaker for overload protection, a 4-way IEC C13 outlet strip with a maximum combined load of 10A, and two dual USB 5V 1.8A charger modules for convenient device charging.
Circuit B offers five universal sockets compatible with plugs from the UK, US, Europe, and Australia, also with a maximum combined load of 10A. This circuit features its own illuminated 10A circuit breaker and an integrated LCD power monitor that displays voltage, current, power, and energy levels. Additionally, an M4 screw terminal earth link is provided for secure rack grounding.
