Wireless LED controller kit for WS2812/Neopixel and APA102 strips. USB-C powered, programmable, with RM2 WiFi/Bluetooth.
The Pimoroni Plasma 2350 W is an all-in-one, USB-C powered controller for WS2812/Neopixel and APA102/Dotstar addressable LED strips, complete with wireless connectivity. Easy to program via USB-C, and because USB-C is capable of drawing up to 3A of power, it can power multiple LEDs. The board features a user programmable button, dedicated reset button and an onboard RGB LED. A handy QW/ST connector also makes it super easy to plug in Qwiic or STEMMA QT breakouts.
This 'W' version comes with a built-in RM2 module that provides 2.4GHz wireless and Bluetooth connectivity for remote applications. Powered by the RP2350A chip (Dual Arm Cortex M33 running at up to 150MHz with 520KB of SRAM) and 4MB of QSPI flash supporting XiP, this controller is compatible with 5V WS2812/Neopixel/SK6812 and APA102/Dotstar/SK9822 LEDs. It includes screw terminals for attaching LED strips, a USB-C connector for power and programming (3A max), and a Qw/ST connector for adding Qwiic/STEMMA QT breakouts.
This starter kit also comes with LED stars and a USB-C cable so you can light stuff up straight away! The board is supplied fully assembled (no soldering required) and is programmable with C/C++ or MicroPython. With reset, BOOT and a user button (BOOT button can also be used as a user button), it offers flexible control options.
