This surface-mount device features a moulded plastic case with a solderable matte tin finish annealed over copper lead-frame terminals, ensuring reliable solder joints. It is halogen-free and qualified to AEC-Q101 standards for high reliability, and the UL94V-0 flame-rated case provides excellent safety in demanding environments.
