The Raspberry Pi Active Cooler is a dedicated, permanent clip-on cooling solution designed specifically for the Raspberry Pi 5. Combining a single-piece anodised aluminium heatsink with a temperature-controlled blower fan, this cooler effectively maintains a comfortable operating temperature for your board, even under heavy processing loads.
Installation is straightforward, featuring spring-loaded push pins for secure mounting onto the Raspberry Pi 5, alongside pre-applied thermal pads that ensure optimal heat transfer from the board to the heatsink. The blower fan is securely attached to the heatsink using three screws and connects directly via the four-pin fan header on the Raspberry Pi 5 for its 5V DC power supply.
